Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate
the implementation of regional sales activities, maintaining proper
distribution channels and company products availability, to ensure sales &
collection target achievement
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from agriculture departement
- 3 years experience in pesticide company, and the last 1 year in supervisory level
- Having strong Sales Forcasting, Distribution Channel, Management and Consumer Behavior understanding
- Having good analysis, able to met deadline and priorities, and work under tight target
- Able to work individual as well as team
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Having good people management skill
- Able to set up Key Performance Indicators to drive operational excellence
- Strong interpersonal skill and good communication
Willing to be
stationed & Travel all over company's representative
