Customers Support Representative / CSR Trainee
Lampung

Responsibilities:

• Receive Customers Call (Customers needs or complaints) and record in a Log Book (Note Book).
• Directing, follow up, and monitoring the Customers Call progress until the customers issue is resolved.
• Update any progress of the Log Book.
• Calling or visiting the Customers.
• Set up a meeting between INTA and customers, record, and consolidating the meeting result.
• Create and maintain the customers data, such as customers background information, customers population unit, other documents and reports of daily activities.
• Helping any Senior CSR work in the related branches, under the direction of Senior CSR / SDH (Service Department Head) / Service Officer of Local Branch.

Requirements:

• Male, Single, max. 28 years old
• Bachelor degree, major from Mechanical Engineering (Teknik Mesin) (min GPA 2.75)
• Fresh graduate
• In good health
• Having driving lisence (SIM C)
• Willing to participate in training program in Jakarta and OJT in all INTA branches
• Willing to undergo two years official service
