Recruitment Officer Lampung Responsibilities: Bertanggung jawab atas proses dan pengaturan jadwal ‘Rekrutmen dan Seleksi Bertanggung jawab dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan tenaga kerja Melakukan Interview dan mengadministrasikan hasil Interview Requirements: Pria/Wanita, Maksimum 30 Tahun Fresh Graduate, Pendidikan Min. S1 Psikologi Memahami alur kerja Human Resources secara konseptual Memahami penggunaan alat-alat pengukuran Psikologi (Skorsing, dll) Memiliki kemampuan dan Analisa yang Baik Bersedia dan sanggup bekerja di bawah tekanan Mampu bekerjasama dalam Tim Bisa Menjadi Trainer Bisa mengoperasikan computer MS Office (MS.
